Imperial Grande Ballroom

“Elegance” best describes the look of Imperial Grand Ballroom.  Flexibility and functionality best describe how it can work for your conference needs.  In the Imperial Grande up to 275 of your attendees can enjoy the conference in upgraded King Louis chairs for sit down dining.  If you have a lecture or theater style meeting, 360 attendees will all have a clear view of the speaker and also be able to enjoy any technology you need to get your message across.  A built-in bar, ample pre-function space and a meeting rooms are all steps away from the seating area. The Imperial Grande has the flexibility to support a formal presentation or offer a casual setting to learn or relax.

Imperial Blue Ballroom

There is an electricity that greets your attendees when they enter the Imperial Blue. Your meeting and gathering will reflect style and polish and built-in energy can stays high with natural light from the wall of windows facing Ewell Plaza and Downtown Lancaster.  The relationship to both the Atrium and the Imperial Terrace make this assembly unmatched in flexibility to meet your conference needs.

Parlor Suite

It’s your wedding day and all the details are in place.  Now it’s time to prepare the Bride for the most memorable day of a lifetime!  We offer a beautifully decorated Bridal Suite near each Ballroom so the Bride can prepare makeup, hair styles and wedding attire with full length mirrors and plenty of counter-top space with an abundance of electrical outlets.  Each Bridal Suite is equipped with a ½ bathroom and ample lighting.  No detail is overlooked at the Imperial Ballrooms. We haven’t forgotten about the Groom and his groomsmen either. At request, you can as well utilize the conference rooms we have available.

The Atrium

When you first step on the escalator and as whisked up to the open space, a sense of awe takes over as you first experience the open skylight covered Atrium at the Imperial Ballrooms. This 35-foot high skylight space is also graced with a stunning ornate chandelier by Italian Designer, Massimo Scolari. The Atrium space flows directly to the Imperial Blue Ballroom and the Imperial Terrace and is also connected to the Imperial Grande Ballroom by a grand stair with glass railing or the elevators.  When used for your pre-reception, this glorious space becomes love filled and memory making for your friends and family.

Conference Rooms

Getting down to business is your goal and you can do just that in any of our stylish conference rooms.  Your function can meet in seven different meeting or breakout rooms, go to a large venue for a group meeting and dine in another space. Our conference rooms can handle up to 120 attendees in one of our eight break out rooms including two board rooms for executive use or smaller meetings. All of the rooms are equipped with a 70” Monitor, all the WIFI you can need.  Our conference rooms, “Conference Row” span the north side of the Holiday Inn the hallway with restroom and elevator lobby in the center of it all.   Our larger venues are across the hall or visible from the second story looking over the Atrium.  Also, being a new facility, we have built-in digital conferencing capability to connect colleagues in separate rooms or across the globe.  The conference room have what you need to have a successful meeting and the benefit of all that surrounds them.

Imperial TerraceComing Soon

Prepare to be “wowed”! The spacious Imperial Terrace is really too cool for words and yes…on the Terrace you can have your cake and eat it too.  A green roof covers over half of the open-air space and can accommodate table seating for up to 160 guests while the uncovered area next to Ewell Plaza captures the sunshine by day and the stars and the moon by night for networking and fun.  The Imperial Terrace still works in rain or shine!   Enjoy the city vibe while being served selected menu items from the built-in outdoor grill and pizza oven and the outdoor bar. The sound and feel from the Imperial Fountain with Binns Park in the background, frame your experience and insure a successful event.
